Steel Panther Release Music Video for "Let's Get High Tonight" From Their Days As The Boy Band F.P.C. (Four Pimp Chumps)

Steel Panther’s Concert To Save The World Is A Global Success With Fans And Critics Alike - Future Livestreams Being Considered

(New York, NY – June 16, 2020) – People know the all too famous stories of ‘N Sync, Backstreet Boys, O-Town and countless others that rose to the top of the pop charts. The one band that got away from Lou Pearlman (the man behind their success) was the little-known boy band F.P.C. (Four Pump Chumps). The band was known for their infectious tracks that combined more rock sensibilities than the usual pop music of the more known boy bands of the day. The band started to get some notoriety with one of their early songs “Let’s Get High Tonight” that almost got them a meeting with Pearlman. The meeting never happened and Michael Starr, Satchel, Lexxi Foxx, and Stix Zadinia would eventually ditch the choreography for a return to spandex and hair spray as the now world-famous Steel Panther. The song has found a new life on the band’s latest release Heavy Metal Rules and the F.P.C. (Four Pump Chumps) version can be seen here:

The new video release comes on the heels of the band’s first ever live stream concert they played on June 7th. The virtual Concert To Save The World was a global success amongst critics and fans alike. The concert aired from The Drum Channel Studio at Drum Workshop in California that featured full stage production, multiple cameras, crowd noise and special guest appearances by Rudy Sarzo and Rob Riggle. Tickets cost just $15.00 with proceeds going to benefit Heavenly Pets Animal Rescue (the location that hosted the band’s recently announced All Day Kitty Cam) and Live Nation’s Crew Nation Fund (benefitting all touring personnel affected by the Covid-19 pandemic). Journalists from Loudwire, Ultimate-Guitar, The Oakland Press and numerous others checked out the stream live, and spoke favorably of the 105-minute concert event.

Steel Panther is currently in deep internal discussions and planning to figure out a time for another livestream and more information will be made public as soon as it is available. Steel Panther recently announced their newest guitar pedal – The Butthole Burner. Made in the USA, the latest distortion pedal from the collective brain trust features the exact same circuit as the now infamous Pussy Melter pedal. The limited production run Butthole Burner will retail for $199.99. Not immune to the effects of the current Covid-19 pandemic as their partying has come to a stop because drug dealers are not classified as essential personnel, Steel Panther has set up an interest free 4-month payment plan for all self-quarantined musicians that might want to purchase The Butthole Burner. Also, anyone that purchased the original Melter or last year’s Poontang Boomerang delay pedal will receive 10% off their purchase. Fans must be logged in to their Panther store account and use the code “Melter10” to receive the discount. Anyone who orders The Butthole Burner will be entered for a chance to win a limited number of “Golden Tickets” that comes with Penis Chili Pepper seeds (so purchasers can grow their own butthole burner peppers at home) and a $50 gift certificate to the band’s merch store. Pre-orders for The Butthole Burner are now available here: https://bit.ly/buttholeburner.

Steel Panther are currently sitting home practicing social distancing and self-gratification thanks to the Coronavirus. The band is planning to return to the road during some month that will kick off in some city with some other bands once the world returns to normal. In the meantime, they are working on ideas for all sorts of new things to better the lives of everyone affected by the pandemic. They recently launched an initiative to help out-of-work strippers affected by the global pandemic by posting about their performances on their socials with links for people to virtually “make it rain” from the comforts of their couches. They are also working on a 24-hour digital stream of adoptable pets as part of their Gods Of Pussy Animal Rescue Activation. Additionally, Steel Panther would like to inform you that it is totally legal to attend this concert naked!”

Steel Panther has been making headlines with their daily video vignettes helping folks sheltering-in-place know what day of the week it is. A short musical intro gives way to a band member explaining which day it is for their viewers. The series has gained such popularity that various entertainment friends have made cameos as well. Comedy legend George Lopez recorded a special video for Cinco de Mayo and joins a list that includes Corey Taylor of Slipknot/Stone Sour, Scott Ian of Anthrax, Jason Hook of Five Finger Death Punch, and Joey Fatone of ‘N Sync with more surprises forthcoming. The videos can be seen on all social media platforms. The band also recently released a music video for their newest single “Let’s Get High Tonight” from their chart-topping album Heavy Metal Rules (https://lnk.to/HeavyMetalRules). Steel Panther Gives Back!! All Day Kitty Cam with L.A. Based Heavenly Pets for #GivingTuesdayNow

Steel Panther Gives Back!! All Day Kitty Cam with L.A. Based Heavenly Pets for #GivingTuesdayNow

California rock legends Steel Panther have always been associated with things that are hard. Hard Rocking. Hard Partying. Hard Cocktails. As part of #GivingTuesdayNow; modern day philanthropists Michael Starr, Satchel, Lexxi Foxx, and Stix Zadinia are showing their softer side. The band has partnered with Los Angeles based animal rescue Heavenly Pets to setup the Steel Panther All Day Kitty Cam. The cam will broadcast kittens from the shelter that are available for adoption as well as accept donations to help the rescue with costs attained from the increase in abandoned pets due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This isn’t the first time the band has supported animal rescues. On their tour last year, the band invited local animal rescues in each market to come out and collect donations at their shows as part of their Gods Of Pussy Animal Rescue Activation. The kitty cam is an extension of that idea as all touring has been placed on hold due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The stream of the camera will be hosted on the band’s website and can be seen here:  https://tinyurl.com/SPKittyCam.

“We heard GivingTuesdayNow was May 5th and our early plan was to give away free Mexican beer for Cinco De Mayo, but the stupid virus ruined our plan. Fuck you Coronavirus. Then we heard about all the pussy being abandoned, we thought we had to do something because Steel Panther makes it no secret how much we love…. cats. We hope this stream can help our friends at Heavenly Pets and give people at home something cute to see,” explains Steel Panther.

What If Steel Panther Didn't Go Into Heavy Metal?

What If Steel Panther Didn't Go Into Heavy Metal?

That Question is Answered in Band's Latest Video For The Single "Let's Get High Tonight"

New Video Comes On The Heels Of The Recently Announced Guitar Effects Pedal The Butthole Burner

(New York, NY – April 20, 2020) – There are always a lot of questions asked about California rock legends and effects pedal entrepreneurs Steel Panther. Are they sure heavy metal rules? Do they really play their instruments? Could they be my father? While the answer to all of these questions is YES, another question is what would have happened if Steel Panther chose a different genre of music? That question is answered in the band’s latest music video for their newest single “Let’s Get High Tonight” from their chart-topping album Heavy Metal Rules (https://lnk.to/HeavyMetalRules). The Frankie Nasso directed clip showcases Michael Starr, Satchel, Lexxi Foxx, and Stix Zadinia as a black metal band, a Spanish mariachi band, a boy band, a Baroque classical quartet, and a country/western band. Ultimately, the spandex wearing/Aqua-net loving superheroes made the right choice on music styles, but could use some help picking chauffeurs. You will have to watch the video to see how it ends!

“You’ve never seen Steel Panther like this before,” explains Stix Zadinia.

Steel Panther Announces Re-Scheduled Dates for Australian + New Zealand 'Heavy Metal Rules' Tour with Special Guests

Steel Panther Announces Re-Scheduled Dates for Australian + New Zealand 'Heavy Metal Rules' Tour with Special Guests

The wildest, wettest, dirtiest, hardest, heaviest most rocking heavy metal tour to hit Australia and New Zealand shores ever in the history of anything ever is coming….a little later than originally planned.  For obvious reasons, the ‘HEAVY METAL RULES TOUR’ re-scheduled dates are as follows:

Sunday 14th February at Powerstation in Auckland
Tuesday 16th February at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne
Thursday 18th February at NEX in Newcastle
Friday 19th February at Hordern Pavilion in Sydney
Saturday 20th February at Eaton's Hill in Brisbane

For the uninitiated, Steel Panther was formed in 2000 and is comprised of Michael Starr (lead singer), Satchel (guitarist), Lexxi Foxx (bass) and Stix Zadinia (drums). Hailing from Los Angeles, the epicenter for rock n’ roll in all its debauchery and glamour, Steel Panther has established themselves as the world’s premier party band, melding hard rock virtuosity with parody and criminally good looks. Steel Panther is a global phenomenon with four full-length albums, touring across the world, platinum-level YouTube status and a #13 debut for the new album Heavy Metal Rules on the ARIA charts.
Rolling Stone avowed, "There’s a reason Steel Panther have transcended their origins as a cover band playing the Sunset Strip," while Metal Sucks declared, "Steel Panther’s concept is genius...their songwriting is...preposterously snappy – and relatable."

Along for the ride are Sevendust, who were last here in 2019 on their tour celebrating the 2018 album 'All I See is War’. While demonstrating their musical mastery accumulated over more than 25 years as a band and simultaneously destroying all expectations for their live show, Sevendust show no signs of slowing down. To this day, the connection between fans and the GRAMMY® Award-nominated gold-certified hard rock outfit only grows stronger.

Tickets already purchased for the Heavy Metal Rules Tour are still valid for the Re-Scheduled Dates in 2021 and Tickets are now on sale again at mjrpresents.com.
